WHAT IS HEALING ENERGY?

Shoshin Therapies - Healing Energy

Healing energy is always flowing, and it is always flowing through you. Whilst many of us are yet to recognise and consciously connect with it, it is with us at all times and available to anyone receptive to it, who believes in its existence, and who expects it to transform one's life for the better.

Energy is a gift from the Universe. It is a gift that can be streamed to anyone who asks to receive it with an open and pure heart.

Energy healing is almost always associated with spirituality and is sometimes even referred to as spiritual healing. Spiritual healing is an apt term because the Universe, the source of all energy, of all healing, exists on the highest plane we humans can comprehend, the spiritual plane. It is from the spiritual plane the essence of the Universe is transmuted downward to the planes below.

The Bhagavad Gita (“Song of God”) is among the most influential epic poems of Hinduism and easily the best known.

It is frequently referred to as the Gita and was initially part of the great Indian epic Mahabharata. Its date of composition, therefore, is strongly associated with that of the epic - c. 5th-3rd century BCE - but not all academics subscribe to the idea that the work was originally included in the Mahabharata text, and so date it later to c. 2nd century BCE.

Like all genuinely celebrated works of literature, it can be read and interpreted on numerous levels: metaphysical, moral, spiritual, and practical; hence its appeal.

In the Gita it is written “...the eternal spirit…everywhere are its hands and legs, its eyes, heads that think and mouths that speak. Everywhere it listens, for it has ears everywhere. It dwells in all worlds, it envelops them all. In this way the Supersoul exists, pervading everything.

And so energy is everywhere and in everything.
