What is Grounded Awareness?

Grounded awareness is the wellbeing practice of coming back into the body. The human body is naturally designed to help a person heal, grow, create, and mend themselves so they may achieve all they can from their unique lived physical experience. Through the unlocking of inner awareness and discovery of, even reconnection to, pieces of our emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual selves, having grounded awareness allows us to realign our sense of balance and place in the world.


We can often be guilty of being so preoccupied with our energy growth and spiritual evolution that we overlook, even neglect, our full physical experience. It is now time to return to the heart of our practice by looking inside at our most intimate sense of being human, of being in a body.


Through concentration on your physical vessel, you help to move from a place of balance, ease, and understanding.


While we may be absorbed with improving ourselves energetically and spiritually, we may skip over the significance of physically anchoring ourselves into our own being. Our emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing are all dependent on our relationship with our bodies.


The physical container we call our body and our relationship with it is fundamental to unlocking our full life experience here on Earth.
