The Stages of a Spiritual Awakening


Spiritual growth usually unfolds in stages:


Innocence: At first, we think we have got life all figured out.

Loss and Searching: A challenge or loss leads us to question everything and seek a deeper meaning.

Learning and Healing: We begin healing old wounds and challenging outdated beliefs.

Raising Awareness: As we grow, we see the beauty in challenges and shift from “me” thinking to “we” thinking.


This process is not linear - it involves many setbacks and breakthroughs. But with each step forward, we get closer to understanding life’s greater purpose.


Practical Tips for Starting Your Spiritual Journey
