UNDERSTANDING SOUL CONTRACTS AND HEALING AFTER SUICIDE

Statue Angel - Understanding Soul Contracts and Healing After Suicide

Have you ever thought about the invisible agreements that guide our lives? Just as legal contracts outline obligations in the physical world, soul contracts are spiritual agreements made before we are born. These contracts shape our experiences, relationships, and even the lessons we are here in this life to learn and experience.

As a psychic medium, I have connected with many who have passed on, and one recurring message is the existence of these soul contracts. A soul contract isn’t a physical document but an energetic agreement made with your higher self. It includes the roles people will play in your life, the family you will be born into, the friends you will meet, and even the pets that will accompany you. This group, often referred to as a “soul group,” works together to teach one another important lessons about love, forgiveness, and growth.

These contracts are flexible, allowing for free will, which means our destinies aren’t set in solid stone. However, sometimes, a soul chooses to leave its physical body before fulfilling its lessons. This can happen through what’s known as an “exit point.”

What Are Soul Exit Points?

An exit point is a moment when the soul has the opportunity to leave its physical body and return to the spiritual realm. These moments are predesignated before birth, offering the soul a choice based on its growth and lessons learned.

For example, imagine someone battling cancer. Their illness provides multiple exit points, but they choose to keep going, perhaps to reconcile with a family member or learn a lesson in resilience. Once those lessons are complete, the soul might decide it’s now time to leave. This could happen through an unrelated event, such as a sudden accident. In this case, the soul exits because it feels its purpose in this life has been fulfilled.

These choices are not made in isolation. A team of spiritual guides, angels, and other supportive beings helps the soul decide when the time is right. Their guidance is rooted in love and a shared goal of growth and learning.

When Suicide Breaks the Soul Contract

Suicide is a unique situation because it involves free will overriding the soul contract. Unlike a planned exit point, it occurs when someone decides to leave before completing their lessons. From a spiritual perspective, this action breaks the agreement made before birth.

When I connect with those who have taken their own lives, they often express regret. They realise, upon transitioning to the other side, that their choice disrupted their spiritual growth. However, it’s important to know that they are not punished or left in darkness. Instead, they are surrounded by immense love and support as they enter a phase of deep reflection and healing.

The Healing Process After Suicide

Once on the other side, souls who have died by suicide enter what I call a “re-education phase.” This is a spiritual space where they review their lives, not from a place of ego but from a higher perspective. They reflect on their choices, the lessons they left unfinished, and the impact of their actions on others.

They are guided by spiritual teachers, angels, and ancestors who help them process their journey and prepare for the next phase of their soul’s evolution. These guides offer the same unconditional love and support to souls who die by suicide as they do to any other soul.

Finding Peace After Losing Someone to Suicide

For those left behind, losing a loved one to suicide is an incredibly painful experience. It’s natural to wonder if your loved one is at peace. Rest assured, they are no longer burdened by the pain, depression, or negativity they experienced in life. They are in a place of light, love, and healing.

If you want to feel their presence, connect with your heart. The bond you share with them is eternal, and they remain a part of your life, often showing their love through small, synchronistic signs. These moments are their way of validating that their love for you continues, even from the other side.

A Final Message of Hope

Our soul contracts remind us that life is a journey of learning and growth, and every experience - no matter how difficult - has meaning. Even in the case of suicide, the soul continues to evolve and is met with unconditional love and support.

For those grieving, know that your loved one is at peace and still connected to you. By holding onto the love you shared, you can honour their journey while continuing your own path of healing and growth.
