Crystal healing is an integrated, therapeutic, alternative energetic process. It is natural and holistic, working with the whole person rather than what is most likely a symptom of a deeper ailment or illness. Crystal healing works on the body, psyche, environment, and soul.
One definition of healing that I find most significant is this one written in the book Crystal Bible by Judy Hall:
"Illness is a disease, the final manifestation of spiritual, environmental, psychological, karmic, emotional or mental imbalance or distress. Healing means bringing the mind, body, and spirit back into balance and facilitating evolution for the soul, it does not imply a cure."
Why use multiple crystals in crystal healing?
To facilitate that "coming back into balance", I like to use crystals. Why so many crystals instead of just one? Well, each crystal offers its own unique energy and properties. There may be a need to cleanse, unblock, or activate energies. For that, different colours and disparate crystals are required, according to the vibrational state of the person or environment.
Finding the right crystal for you
There is no 'one size fits all' in crystal energy work. Each person has a distinctive frequency, which differs from anyone else's, due to past life experiences, ancestral inheritance, environment, nutrition, beliefs, and so on. Finding the crystal that resonates with you and brings you back into balance is key to maintaining well-being and evolving spiritually.
