What Does a Crystal Healing Session Involve?
Get ready to immerse yourself in a world of rejuvenation and restoration with crystal healing sessions! During each hour-long session, a unique blend of Tibetan Reiki and crystal energy will be utilized, amplifying the healing powers of both modalities.
Before we begin the session, we'll have a brief chat to ensure that you're comfortable and at ease. You'll then be asked to lie down on a cozy massage table, close your eyes, and clear your mind as the session begins.
Our focus will be on replenishing and restoring the alignment and balance of your chakras, which are the energy vortexes that link your physical and subtle energy bodies. With the crystal chakra cleanse and rebalance, a variety of crystals will be placed on and around your body in line with your chakras. You'll breathe deeply and gently, allowing yourself to relax as the crystals work their magic. You may feel warm sensations, tingles, or muscle twitches, or you may simply enjoy a peaceful sense of calm and relaxation.
If you opt for a crystal wand healing, the wands will be moved back and forth above your body, with soft pressure applied at certain points if necessary. This technique can help promote emotional healing, spiritual growth, and chakra balancing.
